In the morningI packed, had some breakfast and walked to the San Estaeban to meet Marja and Tiina early in the darkness and we started climbing the very strenous hill up from Castrojeriz. Marja and Tiina were faster than me so I walked about 20 minutes after them and climbed up the bloody hill. It felt like it took me straight up in the skies. Very very hard and I was happy it was early in the morning and not in the middle of an hot day in full sun shine. No shade really during the whole day. Finally after a long walk and a lunch break in Boadilla I walked along the canals to Fromista and the Municipal Albergue 7 Euros. Dinner (ensalatada mixta con atuna) with Ulrike (born in eastern Germany).
In Fromista there was a big group of French bicyclists who arrived later and filled the albergue.
